This individual will deliver software training courses to our customers at our training facility, at customer sites, and over the Web. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can assume responsibility for a task from its inception to completion. The Training Specialist plays a vital role in our organization. Extensive travel required. Local area applicants preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience in a training or consulting role
• Experience with CMMS / EAM software and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Access, SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and IE skills
• Ability to understand and differentiate the audience to be trained
• Demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels of an organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team
